Penny Lawns Referral Program
- Eligibility:
- Any employee working for a Penny Lawns supplier is eligible to participate in the referral program 1.
- Any member of the community invited and approved by the Penny Lawns Leadership Team may particpate in the refferal program.
- Rewards:
- Upon refferal 1. validation, the PL Refferal Program participant1. will receive a $50 reward for each successful referral.1.
- Refferal Rewards will be distributed via direct deposit in accordance with the Penny Lawns payroll and accounting cycle.
- Tracking:
- Penny Lawns will maintain a record of referrals and their statuses for transparency and tracking purposes; updates on referral status are vailable upon request.
- Participants are strongly encouraged to keep track of the refferals that they enter in the system in addition to records kept by Penny Lawns.
- Validation:
- Valid referrals are those that 1. lead to a new client signing a service contract with Penny Lawns, completed their project, and have paid in full.
- Reporting:
- Penny Lawns will report all refferal rewards payments in excess of $600.00 to the IRS as 1099 earned income as requiered by law.
- All Penny Lawns Refferal Program participants are responsible for reporting their 1099 income; Penny Lawns is not responible for any IRS dept incurred. Please consulte your tax professional as needed.
